POLICIES
- Check-in time is after 2pm and checkout time is 11am.
- Deposit amount required : 25% or Credit Card number will hold your reservation..
- For refund of deposit on cancellation, at least 5 days notice is required
- We are a non-smoking house. Smoking is not permitted inside but we do have a designated smoking area outside.
- Small guest pets are permitted (under 20 lbs & 12inches at the shoulder).
Must state you have pet and what kind at time of booking.
- Use of pond for swimming is by permission only and at the guests risk. Forest Reflections Luxury Bed & breakfast, & its owners and employees do not assume any liability.
- We are an Adult oriented Bed & Breakfast
- Consumption of alcohol permitted (you may bring your own)
- Open all Year!

- Cancellation: A full refund will be given if notified of cancellation at
least five days prior to scheduled arrival. Otherwise 25% of the cost of
booking will be withheld. No-shows will be charged the full amount of
accomodation booked.
